The first step in fixing what you dislike it what you have already done: realization. All that you have to do now is whatever it takes to be happy. Maybe find a hobby to keep you busy. Something that you like to do. Try something new if you want to. Like running, riding a bike, joining some kind of club, or maybe photography. Something positive to focus on. Just my two cents for the day. Don’t have to take my word for it.
